This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Integrated Service System on Improving the Implementation of Public Services at the West Panyabungan District Office, Mandailing Natal Regency. The problem formulation in this research is the extent of the influence of the Integrated Service System on Improving the Implementation of Public Services at the West Panyabungan District Office, Mandailing Natal Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees of the West Panyabungan District Office, Mandailing Natal Regency. The sampling method was a probability sample or random sample with a sample size of 34 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson's Product Moment formula. The results of this research show that: (1) The Integrated Service System has an effect on improving public services, this is proven by the value of tcount > ttable (5.690> 1.693), the hypothesis formulated can be accepted as true because 0.679 > 0.339 or the calculated correlation value is greater than the value in the product moment table (rtabel). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 46.10%, meaning that the Integrated Service System variable (X) influences the Public Service variable (Y) by 46.10% while the remaining 53.90% is explained by other variable factors not examined by the author .
