This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the main problem being whether personality type influences the quality of work of employees of the People's Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Mandailing Natal Regency. Based on that, this research aims to find out whether personality type influences the work quality of employees of the People's Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Mandailing Natal Regency. The population and sample for this study were 24 employees. To obtain the required data, documentation techniques and questionnaires were used as data sources. The data obtained was then analyzed quantitatively using the Pearson's Product Moment correlation formula. The results of data analysis using the product moment correlation technique obtained a correlation value of 0.885, while the correlation value in the product moment table (rtabel) with a value of N = 24 was 0.404. This proves that the hypothesis formulated in this research can be accepted as true and has a positive influence because the correlation value is greater than the product moment table (rtabel) value. The Personality Type variable influences the Employee Work Quality variable by 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is explained by other variable factors not examined by the author.
