Pengaruh Transparansi Terhadap Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Kecamatan Panyabungan Barat Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the main problem being the influence of transparency on public services at the West Panyabungan District Office, Mandailing Natal Regency. Based on that, this research aims to find out the influence of transparency on public services at the West Panyabungan District Office, Mandailing Natal Regency. The population and sample for this study were 34 employees. To obtain the required data, documentation techniques and questionnaires were used as data sources. The data obtained was then analyzed quantitatively using the Pearson's Product Moment correlation formula The results of data analysis using the product moment correlation technique obtained a correlation value of 0.506, while the correlation value in the Product Moment table (rtable) with a value of N = 34 was 0.339. This proves that the hypothesis formulated in this research can be accepted as true and has a positive and significant influence because the correlation value is greater than the Product Moment table (rtabel) value. The Transparency variable (X) influences the Public Service variable (Y) by 25.6% while the remaining 74.4% is explained by other variable factors not examined by the author.
